One of the many ways we raise the bar in this industry is providing clients with architectural renderings. These renderings are digital “as is” elevations of the building we use as a point of reference for clients, workers, management companies and project managers. When undergoing large scale restoration projects, we’ve found that a visual depiction of the type and location of the work helps tremendously when seeking permits, historical approval and referencing phases of completion. All drawings rendered are copied and distributed to all parties for future reference.
