Communication is essential when undertaking large renovations. One of the ways we keep our clients informed of status and product information is through field reports. When using different products that may contain warranties or require future maintenance, its best to have a record of what products were used at what mixture or concentration and at what time or weather conditions were present when installing. For example, when re-applying paint to window casings, a field report will tell you what color, type and application was used. This way the client will have accurate record for all future repairs similar in origion.
