Project wise, splitting the total contract into phases allows us to decrease the size of our footprint on-sight reducing the amount of work at one time. Financially, this takes the focus off of inexpensive quick solutions and directs attention to the right repairs at the right time. Phases can also be broken down into small increments for better financial management.
