Many of our projects are affiliated with 3rd and 4th party elements which require an up to date reference of progress. Accompanied with architectural renderings, we provide project schedules which detail every element of work projected on a scale of time to completion. Our ETIC (estimated time of completion) can fluctuate with weather delays or project developments, so we design our project schedules to allow consistent renewal corresponding with current status of the project. These schedules are also copied and sent to all parties to be used for record management and reference
