DM takes enormous pride in educating our workers with the utmost respect to quality control. Each worker has the authority to recognize and lecture each other’s work or methods to ensure the end result is mutually achieved and understood. This democratic style of company structure encourages communication and promotes safety as a whole.
Our employees are also required to carry and maintain all OSHA certifications relevant to the job at hand. Safety meetings are held weekly to review product information, safety data sheets, scaffolding status and general concerns. Communication is always encouraged.
